Brett is the VP of Learning and Development at Inclusive Agile, and a member of the Autism tribe. He "grew up" professionally in the software testing industry, but moved to a focus on training and developing people instead of software.
Brett has crafted and delivered training programs that range from starting out in a new job to coaching executives in how to communicate. His focus is always on creating a safe and fun environment that allows for the learning of challenging subjects.
Brett is thrilled to be fulfilling a life long dream of having a job where all he has to do is help people understand how to understand each other better.
