Patrick and Black Desert recently announced that both the PGA & LPGA will be hosting a major event in 2024 & 2025. We are excited to hear more about this annoucement along with the experience Patrick has as a developer. 

 

As a successful developer, Patrick has more than 15 years of experience creating the finest communities in southern Utah, with Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club as the flagship, along with the upcoming hospital-anchored Zion Medical Village and the 3000+ unit Black Desert Resort at Entrada. Patrick is actively working on various other projects throughout Utah while partnering with the best local contractors and craftsmen, delivering prestigious projects that provide great value and depth to the continuously growing region. Patrick is well known in the local business arena as a respected and reliable figure who treats everyone respectfully, honestly, and with an attitude toward success.

Patrick has a diverse background in the real estate industry with a core interest in Resort Hospitality (ski, beach, equestrian, golf, and desert property development). Patrick was a multi-term member of the Board of Trustees for ARDA (American Resort Developer’s Association) and has been at the helm and controlled the start-up and sell-out of more than $7B dollars of real estate offerings.

 

Early in life, Patrick was salesman of the year in Florida and was subsequently recruited to oversee the sales of seven major resorts in Virginia, Wisconsin, Florida, and Georgia. Shortly after, he developed his first community in St. Augustine Beach, Florida.

 

In recent years, Patrick decided he and his family would pare back from national and international development to settle down and exclusively work on Resort Hospitality developments in southern Utah. Most notably, he is the managing partner and developer for Black Desert Resort which will be home to an LPGA and PGA major event, one of only three courses in the world.
