There are fun rivalries that bring communities together. BYU vs. U of U is one of them. Each year we look forward to the rivalry game between these two teams, show our team spirit, and look forward to gloating about our big win.

But there are other rivalries that are neither fun nor good for us. These are the rivalries that compete for our health and wellbeing: anxiety vs. mindfulness, procrastination vs. taking action, addressing trauma vs. destructive behaviors, eating well vs. being a slave to poor diet are just a few.

There are many more rivalries. If the good side wins, we are great people at home and at work. If the bad side wins, everyone loses. Our capacity for growth at work diminishes, and our happiness at home declines.

Come learn proven health and wellness practices from a panel of industry experts, that will give you the winning edge in all areas of your life. And don’t forget to wear the colors of your favorite college team.

Free lunch will be provided by the sponsors of this event.
