Kick off the event with a free lunch and networking session from 12:00-12:30 PM, where you can connect with fellow professionals and advocates. Then, from 12:30-1:30 PM, we’ll dive into a series of powerful talks:

  • Brandy Vega, founder of Promise2Live, will share a brief yet impactful message on mental health advocacy and her personal experience with burnout recovery.
  • Dr. Morgan, a leading mental health expert, will provide practical advice on how to recognize burnout early and take immediate steps to recover.
