We'll be joined on October 20th by Bloom Co-Founder, Eric Engebretsen. 

 

Eric Engebretsen is a co-founder at Bloom, where they've coined the term "social-impact staffing" to describe their business. 

 

As a missionary in Argentina, Eric met firsthand many educated English speakers, who didn't have access to career and economic opportunities just because of where they lived. Seeing how remote work was taking off through the pandemic, he realized that the way to help the people he met as a missionary was through remote work, where they could increase their income and career path — thus Bloom was born. 

 

Prior to starting Bloom, Eric worked in international hiring and global payroll in San Francisco, CA. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being active outside, and traveling. He studied business management and entrepreneurship at BYU.
