Justin Rae is the Founder and CEO of Cinch, an omni-channel customer communication platform that helps businesses increase customer retention and revenue. He has been a data-driven marketer since 2006, with a goal to close the data gap between big and small businesses. When he is not spending time on entrepreneurial endeavors, he is devoting attention to his family and outdoor adventures.
