Sarah Jensen Clayton is a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry Consulting where she leads the firm’s Culture, Change & Communications practice globally.

She began her career responding to constituent correspondence on Capitol Hill, then served as a Presidential Management Fellow and later worked for First Lady Laura Bush in the East Wing of the White House managing policy, projects and communications in support of Mrs. Bush's legacy.

During her 20 years in the private sector, Sarah has advised numerous Fortune 100 CEOs and senior teams on optimizing leadership, talent and culture in service of business strategy. Her work includes Top Team effectiveness; transformation strategy; leadership development, corporate and crisis communications; cultural change; employee experience; change management and diversity, equity and inclusion consulting. 

A regular contributor to Harvard Business Review’s blog, Sarah has also been a speaker and panelist at Glassdoor.com, the Society for Human Resource Management, Ragan Communications, PRSA and more. She was recently named one of 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business Magazine and is a frequent guest lecturer at BYU’s Marriott School of Management.  

Sarah holds a Master’s degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University.

Doug Maxfield is a Senior Client Partner and Advisory Account Lead for Korn Ferry’s Global Technology practice, based in the Firm’s San Francisco office. Doug brings nearly 30 years of experience in working with clients to identify, understand and develop talent. He offers a unique combination of experience in leadership development, assessment, and diversity and inclusion.

In his current role, Doug oversees clients in the Korn Ferry marquee account portfolio. He manages all aspects of the relationships including talent strategy, solution design, delivery quality and thought leadership.

Doug earned a master of organizational behavior degree and a bachelor of science degree in business management, with an emphasis in information systems, from Brigham Young University.
